what is stopping you from doing what you want to do now? most of the time there is nothing stopping you but yourself. everyday you have a choice to break the cycle or repeat. what do you want to do? stop waiting, stop telling yourself β€œill do it in 5 minutes” and never do. this type of mindset limits your potential.

if there is something that has been constantly on your mind, pursue it. nothing can go wrong once you start becoming a better version of yourself. this is YOUR life, nobody else’s. you get to have a say in what you want in your life and what you want OUT of your life do not let people’s opinions stop you from doing what you want to do, do not let the comfort of your mindset stop you from doing what you want to do.

DO IT NOW! start with the fear, start with a shaky hand, start with doubts, start with insecurity because guess what? once you start and never look back you’re going to be so happy with yourself.

do you ever find yourself spiralling after every 'failed' shifting attempt? do you stress whenever you do your shifting method? or worry about what step is coming next, or worry whether you will shift? find yourself doubting your abilities?

shifting is supposed to be fun.

and this does not sound fun.

the number one thing i have been making sure to do when shifting, is to prioritise my comfortability and enjoyability when trying to shift.

i always try and make the process as enjoyable and comfortable as much as i can for myself.

shifting is supposed to be fun, right? it's exciting! shifting should be fun and enjoyable- heck, you're going to experience a whole other reality! a whole other life, a whole other self, experiencing your wildest dreams and fantasies!

how are you going to expect yourself to shift if you're still stressing over the process of shifting?

find or make a shifting method/process that'll make YOU enjoy shifting, and keep you motivated!

do things that you LOVE doing that will make YOU feel motivated to shift/more connected to your dr!

shifting should not feel like a chore. going to shift should not drain you. shifting should not be boring.

it should be a fun and exciting experience!

don't worry about what method is the most popular or most effective or easiest to the general community. ignore the trending shifting methods, subliminals, or guided meditations.

everyone has their own personal journey with shifting and there is no right or wrong way to shift.

focus on yourself first. work out what you like doing the most/what you enjoy doing the most, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then work from there to find a method/process that works for you!

for example, whenever i shift, i always ensure that during my method, i:

a ) am feeling good! that i'm feeling excited, happy, good, comfortable and am enjoying the ride! i do not force myself to shift if i feel drained, tired, bored, or i feel that i am forcing myself to shift (you can still shift when feeling these things btw! but for me, i don't like to because personally i don't get good results when i do. however, remember that this is just a me thing!)

b ) that whatever method or steps i'm doing to shift makes me feel confident and assured that I WILL SHIFT. by the 'end' or at some point of my 'method' i truly feel that i am going to shift and i can shift, and this whole thing isn't just me 'attempting' or 'trying' to shift.

you love imagining random scenarios of your desired reality, but worried it's not 'proper visualisation' and you're just daydreaming or imagining? who cares! imagination IS reality and if it makes you feel closer to your dr, do it!

you hate visualising and you just want to say affirmations over and over again because that's what you're the most comfortable with and makes you feel confident, despite what other people tell you?

do it.

in my experience, all the times where i've just done whatever i feel like and makes me feel like i'm having the most fun, i end up feeling the most confident i ever will be in my shifting abilities! it's because when you're doing things you enjoy/love, naturally you'll shift to have a more positive and happier mindset!

it also helps me to stress less about the 'process' of shifting and rather, focus on the destination and anticipation of my desired reality!

however, this is just a small tip from me! please take this with a grain of salt 🌷

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE WORLD’S TOO LOUD AND YOU START LOSING FAITH

step 1: breathe honey. take your mind off of your worries for a while, do something you like, whether it’s baking, going for a walk, watching tv. breathe and distract yourself until you feel calm.

step 2: take the day off. this will be your you day, your self care day. take a bath, drink some hot tea and read a good book. feed your mind and try to not worry about anything else.

step 3: remind yourself that you are the god of your reality. you and only you decide and control what goes on in your reality. this is your world. things happen, they do. but you have always had, always have and will always have the power to change whatever you don’t like about your reality.

step 4: think of what you want, and know it’s yours. try to not overcomplicate it. it’s just that easy. try to imagine your desire wanting to be yours. it’s your desire that wants you, not the other way around. this mindset should help you put yourself, and not anything or anyone else, on the pedestal.

step 5: keep manifesting everything you want knowing that what you want is yours from the beginning. that’s all the information you need. what you desire is yours. don’t stress it too much, don’t overcomplicate it, don’t overthink it even. what you desire is yours.

the fact that I’m literally in my dr rn. scratch that. ALL of my drs rn is so comforting to me. Like, I don’t randomly start existing there because I shifted my awareness there. I’ve always been there. I have a life that I’m living there and it’s real and it’s ME. ITS LITERALLY ME. I think I’ve been subconsciously disconnecting my cr self with my dr selves because I used to almost felt like they were a fictional character. I hadn’t shifted to that dr yet so I wasn’t β€œthem” yet, but I already am them because they are me, and that’s something that boggles my mind in the best way possible.

i think alot of people think of their dr self as a COMPLETELY different person, but it's literally you!!

you currently exist in your dr. You are literally always in your dr. you could argue it's a different version of you, but it's still you. what your dr self is capable of, you are capable of, wherever your dr self is, you are, whatever your dr self looks like, you look like. there's no difference between you and your dr self except the differences you make. there is a version of you that has shifted. That version of you IS STILL YOU. literally, the only thing you have to do is make yourself aware of that version of you. that's it. it's not the crazy, magical transformation you think it is.
