you are your dr self.
i think alot of people think of their dr self as a COMPLETELY different person, but it's literally you!!
you currently exist in your dr. You are literally always in your dr. you could argue it's a different version of you, but it's still you. what your dr self is capable of, you are capable of, wherever your dr self is, you are, whatever your dr self looks like, you look like. there's no difference between you and your dr self except the differences you make. there is a version of you that has shifted. That version of you IS STILL YOU. literally, the only thing you have to do is make yourself aware of that version of you. that's it. it's not the crazy, magical transformation you think it is.
do you ever find yourself spiralling after every 'failed' shifting attempt? do you stress whenever you do your shifting method? or worry about what step is coming next, or worry whether you will shift? find yourself doubting your abilities?
shifting is supposed to be fun.
and this does not sound fun.
the number one thing i have been making sure to do when shifting, is to prioritise my comfortability and enjoyability when trying to shift.
i always try and make the process as enjoyable and comfortable as much as i can for myself.
shifting is supposed to be fun, right? it's exciting! shifting should be fun and enjoyable- heck, you're going to experience a whole other reality! a whole other life, a whole other self, experiencing your wildest dreams and fantasies!
how are you going to expect yourself to shift if you're still stressing over the process of shifting?
find or make a shifting method/process that'll make YOU enjoy shifting, and keep you motivated!
do things that you LOVE doing that will make YOU feel motivated to shift/more connected to your dr!
shifting should not feel like a chore. going to shift should not drain you. shifting should not be boring.
it should be a fun and exciting experience!
don't worry about what method is the most popular or most effective or easiest to the general community. ignore the trending shifting methods, subliminals, or guided meditations.
everyone has their own personal journey with shifting and there is no right or wrong way to shift.
focus on yourself first. work out what you like doing the most/what you enjoy doing the most, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then work from there to find a method/process that works for you!
for example, whenever i shift, i always ensure that during my method, i:
a ) am feeling good! that i'm feeling excited, happy, good, comfortable and am enjoying the ride! i do not force myself to shift if i feel drained, tired, bored, or i feel that i am forcing myself to shift (you can still shift when feeling these things btw! but for me, i don't like to because personally i don't get good results when i do. however, remember that this is just a me thing!)
b ) that whatever method or steps i'm doing to shift makes me feel confident and assured that I WILL SHIFT. by the 'end' or at some point of my 'method' i truly feel that i am going to shift and i can shift, and this whole thing isn't just me 'attempting' or 'trying' to shift.
you love imagining random scenarios of your desired reality, but worried it's not 'proper visualisation' and you're just daydreaming or imagining? who cares! imagination IS reality and if it makes you feel closer to your dr, do it!
you hate visualising and you just want to say affirmations over and over again because that's what you're the most comfortable with and makes you feel confident, despite what other people tell you?
do it.
in my experience, all the times where i've just done whatever i feel like and makes me feel like i'm having the most fun, i end up feeling the most confident i ever will be in my shifting abilities! it's because when you're doing things you enjoy/love, naturally you'll shift to have a more positive and happier mindset!
it also helps me to stress less about the 'process' of shifting and rather, focus on the destination and anticipation of my desired reality!
however, this is just a small tip from me! please take this with a grain of salt 🌷
and if you've made it to the end, just know that YOU WILL SHIFT!
Don’t fall for your challenges. Just go with it. Allow it to reshape you and grow you. Things are coming your way to mould you into the help you needed so that you don’t have to run to anyone else. God/the universe is literally giving you the resources so that you have no excuse but to move forward and become the best version of yourself. Stay calm.

so literally why repeat the old story? like it honestly doesn’t makes sense why you wouldn’t leave the “past in the past” ???
you want to be the best version of yourself with your desires right? whether it be insane intelligence, confidence, desired face & body, being the happiest you’ve ever been…
so think of the old story as a toxic friend.
old story = toxic friend
the act of repeating the old story = toxic friend is pulling at your arm.
meeting new & better friends = new assumptions/living your dream life
you want to be your best self BUT the ACT of repeating the old story is equivalent to this friend literally PULLINGGG at your arm, not wanting you to be friends with those who are better for you (aka living in your new assumptions, your dream life)
a true friend would want the best for you, right? exactly! you know what’s best for you, you know what to do! so let THEM go. LET THE OLD STORY GO. AND GO TO THOSE NEW AND BETTER FRIENDS!!! they are literally standing there, waiting for you to claim them, to run to them!!
☆ all possibilities exist the moment you claim it’s yours. what are you waiting for?!
this toxic friend (old story) does NOTHING to benefit you the more you stay with them (the more you repeat the old story). staying with them will only set you up for repeating an old cycle you so badly want to get out of.
you’re seriously gonna let this “friend” hold you back from living your best life ??? couldn’t be me. i’m bigger than this toxic friend AND YOU ARE TOO! i know i could do better. AND YOU CAN TOO!
“be still and know that I AM GOD.”
but THE BIG THING IS, all of us have been there. leaving a toxic person behind hasn’t always been easy right? this is where persistence comes in.
the more you pull your arm back from their grip, the more the strength of it’s grip on you will decrease.
let me say that in a law of assumption way: the more you persist in your new assumptions, the less your old beliefs will have a hold on you.
☆ what you focus on grows. they will get weaker and you will get stronger.
☆ you will be the lion and your old assumptions will be grasshoppers.
☆ you assumptions are plants. your awareness is the water, sun, and whole source of nutrition. so, ask yourself which assumptions you want to grow? the old or new story?

“you are not going to die to anything by your former limitations but they are going to die as you move away from them, for they live only in your consciousness. in this deep or expanded consciousness you will find yourself to be a power that you had never dreamt of before.”
☆ soon enough, your new assumptions + affirmations will make you feel so much better that you won’t even THINK or BE PHASED by the mention of the old story.
☆ your desired self exists because of persistence!
** AND LOOK! do you ever get reminded of all the good times you had with that toxic person? and you find yourself missing them a little? **
☆ thinking these thoughts & missing them is the same as having negative thoughts slip into your mind sometimes; it’s totally normal!
so this is what you would say to yourself:
“i do miss them but i’m glad i left them in the past because i know they weren’t good for me. i wouldn’t have gotten to where i’m at if it wasn’t for my courage.”
whenever the old story comes up, just flip it and remind yourself:
“that is the old story. the old me. i did the best i could at that time but i am a new person now. (insert self concept affirmations here)”
now,
BE YOUR DESIRED PERSON.
GAIN COURAGE.
** GET SOOO SICK OF STAYING WITH THIS TOXIC FRIEND THAT YOU UP AND LEAVE **
AND NEVER LOOK BACK!
sometimes you have to get sick of your own dealings, you know? like if not now, then when??? choose NOW.

the best thing about being a shifter is knowing i can be whatever i wish in every other reality. literally nothing is impossible and that makes me so happy.
✧ shifting simplified (using loa)
you want to be in your dr, so you imagine that you are. now you're there in the 4d. but because imagination creates reality, you are also there in the 3d. you do not need to wait for the 3d to conform. because shifting/manifesting is not a process.
it is instant. stop making it hard for yourself. you're literally in your dr right now. you literally have everything you want right now. there is no waiting.
tell yourself you're already there. that you wake up there every morning. fall asleep there every night. throughout the day, do stuff you'd do there or imagine (or visualize) that you are. say and think this over and over and over. the trick is to not contradict these thoughts and actions.
decide that you're in your dr and make that the final decision. be cocky about it. impulsive thoughts that say otherwise mean absolutely nothing. shut them down. point and laugh at them. fruition will show.
if you're as determined as i am, drown in your affirmations. make it all you do. saturate and it'll happen faster than ever.

The proof that everything is about shifting if you try hard enough .
Many philosophers agree on the idea that time, in fact, does not exist; we have simply created a segment with that name and adopted it. We all live in a continuous routine created by the grand concept of "time," which ultimately makes us its slaves.
The same concept applies to days, weeks, months, and years. The universe, theoretically, was created about 3.8 billion years ago, but who actually discovered that? The universe is infinite, and it probably—and certainly—has existed for much longer than that.
And now I’ll make you think for a moment : Scientists agree that the universe was created by the Big Bang, while according to Christian and Jewish faith, God created the universe, and in Islamic faith, Allah created it. All these theories lead to the same result and the same question: if there was indeed someone or something that created the universe, what existed before that happened?
None of these theories is confirmed to be true, because no one will ever know where the universe truly originated. We are infinite; our subconscious is spread throughout the entire galaxy and beyond. There are infinite universes and different dimensions, and in each of these dimensions, everyone has their own belief about who truly created the universe. Amidst this infinity, there may be beings with theories and faiths completely different from those on this planet.
What I’m trying to say is that we are not unique; our bodies are just insignificant masses of matter in an infinite universe. Our subconscious and awareness are something different. As I mentioned, we are not unique and never will be. This is why many people are born in this universe and feel they don’t belong here. Consequently, the universe has made reality shifting accessible to them so they can find where they truly believe they belong.
Another theory that can be adopted in this situation is the philosophical question: "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" Yes, it does.
If you successfuly shift your subconscious between realities and no one is around to see you do it, have you still changed?
Yes, non-believers, just because a person doesn't have proof that their reality has changed, doesn't mean they haven't changed, you don't live in their head to know what they did or didn't do. Just because you failed in your attempt doesn't give you the right to spread your tantrum on them. Get a life, a job, maybe.
