Star Trek: Deep Space Nine "Past Tense, Pt. 1"
Part VI
not holding/breaking eye contact
fidgeting
crossing their arms
trying to cover up their body
making themself seem smaller
playing with their hands
hiding their hands in their pockets
holding their head down
blushing
clearing their throat
biting their nails
biting their lips
nervous laughter
stuttering
stiffening up
hard line around the lips
frozen stare
narrowing of the eyes
turning their head to the side
quickening heartbeat
turning red
making themself bigger, ready to fight
gentle and soft smile
relaxed facial features
softening of their eyes
openly showing how they feel
leaning towards the other one
nodding along, not directly interjecting, but encouraging
deep breaths inbetween
gentle touches to comfort
big smile/grinning
laying head slightly to the side
moving one shoulder up
pursing their lips while smiling
very open body language
leaning back

I hope this helps anyone who's trying to design their oc using a wheelchair, it's not a complete guide but I tried my best! deffo do more research if you're writing them as a character
Not a character per se, but the ENTIRE star trek franchise. Not joking the 90's shows were queer as hell, with so many characters having queer themes (sadly few were openly gay/lesbian/bi/pan/ace cause STUDIOS but a lot of subtle AND heavily implied representation!) and I thank them for my current ideologies surrounding life.
Though to isolate it to one, Garak from DS9. He was HEAVILY implied to be gay.
What was the first canon queer character y’all saw on TV or in film?
Mine was Carol from friends (Ross’s ex wife)
i hate it when someone asks me what my favorite work of art is because i can't say "the one of the woman chilling on the rocks with a dragon lying in her lap and giving off powerful big dick energy" but how else am i supposed to describe it

PLEASE REBLOG
Utterly adore the new update. Boopin people I've never seen b4 in my life.
Dw about the shows! They aren't important when reading most comics, and you can go w/o watching them, unless you're reading a comic that directly links into the show (i.e TF: prime comics, Robots in disguise2015, etc.) you don't have to worry about different medias.
Now, continuity! Which comics ya read depend on continuity, the IDW 2005 (or IDW1) continuity is the biggest one, with a lot of side plots, oneshots and long-running comic series that tie into a grand finale. It's easily one of the most difficult to traverse, but it's also pretty good with plot once you get your bearings. If you're interested in IDW1, go for the IDW collection first, as it's the most organized way to read, but be warned that it goes off timeline rather than release date or series order, so you really won't get to the "main" storyline until a bit further, but you will learn a lot about the characters!
Transformers as a franchise is REALLY chillax with timelines, and most of the beginning comics are quick to find, so you can find your way through fairly easily.
You can look on the Transformers Wiki for comic order if you're hoping to read as cleanly as possible as well.
ALSO!! Readcomicsonline is really good, they have most of the transformers comics on there, just get an adblocker (I recommend Adblock Plus or Ublock Origin) and you won't have to worry about ads. You don't have to make an account or download anything, you can read right on the website.
Hope this helps! :)
Ok, so I need some assistance. I desperately want to read the Transformers comics, but I have no clue where to start or if I should read them in a certain order. I also don't know where to read them, like in the sense of if I can read them online or somewhere. I also haven't seen all the shows yet and idk if I should watch certain ones before I go into the comics or if I should be fine reading them without seeing some shows. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could reblog this with help or I'm pretty sure my messages are open. Please and thank you if you read this, I really really want to read them, but I just don't know where to start!!
