i was really annoyed that the work file for this one was lost....i finished it...but i can't make it transparent anymore...
Thank you for putting it out there!
hey guys friendly reminder from your fave Canadian that esk*mo is a slur so please don’t use it!
I see it usually in the context of “esk*mo kisses” which may pop up when people talk about their ships and their headcanon, but it means “snow eaters” in cree and is a slur against Inuit people so please just don’t use it!
and I would appreciate if u reblogged this because people outside Canada don’t seem to know this for the most part
In parenting ( just like any other inter human ) it needs communication..kids aren't dumb. And they are NOT robot that follows your every command..
So often, I hear a parent say “Don’t talk back to me!” when what they mean is “Don’t question me or voice any disagreement!” Children are autonomous little humans with minds of their own. They’re going to want to know why they can’t have a chocolate bar or why they don’t have unlimited data or why they can’t stay out until midnight on the weekend. Maybe instead of just demanding unquestioning acceptance of your authority, you should explain why your way is the best way.
This is so cool! So much effort was put into this!? It’s amazing!
🧿I've been a fan of the 8-bit drummer. so I did some fanart of sir sweep. lol.
This is beyond cute!!

the story of my life
Man though you know what makes me sorta sad is when nerdy, “quiet” kids latch on to me during camp and they just talk and talk and talk about a thing they’re into (Skyrim, Pokemon, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, dinosaurs, whatever). And I see the kids just light up when they say something and I can chime in with an ‘oh hey, are you talking about [x]? I love that thing! Tell me more about it.’
Like, their parents will warn me ‘so-and-so is pretty quiet and hard to engage’ but no, man, just listen, your kid is so smart and so into This Thing, they’ll engage like fuck and talk your damn ear off it you let them. Frame it in their damn terms. Or! Just! Listen to them about their Thing! And they will engage with the rest of the material! Because they know you care about them! Amazing!!!
