-the peach bros' small and cramped fixer office sits atop a humble shoe shop -guan yu is a color fixer, choosing to stay with his sworn brothers in their office -cao cao possesses the sign and has affiliations with demian, serving as a passive observer of the story, and giving cryptic clues, his main interests are maintaining the balance between the three major offices -i also use cao cao for my lcb diaochan's canto, he serves the same role as a sign holder and guide -sun quan is a reluctant antagonist, where it's clear he's only opposing and contesting for the bough mainly bc it's his assigned job, and it's worse to refuse and/or fail than die trying -designs were rural northern uncle core for the peach bros, fusion of western and traditional eastern attire + mob boss aesthetics for cao cao and yakuza/street gang attire for sun quan to tell all three offices apart

Every now and then I become so enraptured with a specific character (and by proxy or cause of the media they're in) that they consume my brain like a brain worm of the worst callibar. It's like they slide into a slot next to sleeping and breathing and if I'm not thinking about them then I'm consuming more media about them. As if I'm at an all you can eat buffet and an hour left before I'm kicked out, with the incentive that if I don't absolutely go ham on the self serve seafood buffet I'll be feeling my ancestors smhs all the way from the afterlife. And then my great grandma reincarnated as a little girl slaps me up the head and goes 'aiya why you not eating more you gotta get your moneys worth's and I can only nod my head as I down another bowl of lobster bisque.

Anyway epic the musical made me realise that I miss the Percy Jackson books and now I'm hyperfixating specifically on one Lester Papadopoulos (you absolutely hairlarious bastard). Rereading the Trials of Apollo as well as having consumed about 30 - 40 fanfics so far in the course of a few days. My sleep is neglected but gods is my imagination refreshed.

Ya know that feeling where you really want to draw a character from a media or anything but it feels almost sacraligeous to depict their form on paper and the moment you try and on the first go it don't immediately turn out like it captures the characters completely essence it feels like cringe can be a legitimate cause of death?

Yeah I was straight cry sobbing at this point.

The whole thing with cupids being those who died without never falling in love and the desire to experience it is also incredibly relatable to me as someone ace and somewhere on the aro spectrum (though I'm not sure if they'll actually talk about ace or aro topics in the manga, I bloody hope so).

Any way I highly recommend it its off to a super cool start and the aesthetic/motif of love hearts being used everywhere is super cute!!

Before that though i gotta do the coat and adjustable arms. Yes the arms is a last minute decision I'm regretting it already
