How ironic that I had to go through therapy to learn to be healthy minded and actually talk my troubles out and whatnot, just to struggle unlearning it because I’ve become too much of a burden for people and only cause inconvenience.

2.5 hours into this drive and I’ve already witnessed 3 arguments, one car crash, and had a very uncomfortable 10 minute nap 🥲

1- Always put sunscreen on your face, even if it’s raining.
2- Take your meds. Trust me, You’ll feel better.
3- Stop and enjoy your surroundings. Life moves too fast.

I think it's really only about respecting this choice of his, to remain silent, to be offline. I promised him to wait and if that means I have to not see him I will do it.
Not saying that sometimes it wouldn't be nice to... at least get a 'I am doing well' message because I am often wondering how he is, how his days are going, did he smile a lot that day? Did he get good news? Was he able to do something he likes, to relax? Did he eat delicious meals? Could he meet with friends? (I sound like a mother but I swear I am like this with everyone I love! TT)
I saw him after Jin's enslitment, I saw that he is doing well, he is looking well, he still looks like the cutest dumpling ever and that was enough to keep me sane for a while.
And I mean... we already had to spend time and see content without him for a while back in 2020 so TT
