Oh he is, looking back I didn’t scale him as correct as I should have but he’s definitely supposed to be short. Especially by dragon standards

This started a couple of weeks back when I got the random urge to draw ponies again.

I was just gonna draw Percy and Nico and be done with it but then I kinda got a little carried away ^^

Percy is a pegasus because pegasus was the child of Poseidon and Medusa, so, idk it seemed fitting

Nico is a unicorn so he can have shadow based magic

Annabeth is earth because she didn’t get any cool powers from her mom except being a nerd

Leo can create fire and is fire resistant so while I could’ve made him a unicorn with fire magic I just thought Dragon was better. I made him a wingless dragon with Festus’s metal wings, so he can still repair them when they get damaged on the journey

Piper is a unicorn for her charm speak,

Jason is a pegasus bc his dad is the god of the sky sooo,,,,, And no I didn’t forget Jasons cutie mark, dudes Blank flank Grace, because that’s what being a child soldier will do to you ʕ•̫͡•ʔ

Speaking of child soldiers, it thought it would be cool if in New Rome you have the option of getting the SPQR tattoo branded instead of waiting for your cutie mark, if you come later (like Renya) they’ll just add it at the bottom. If not you can trade out your special talent for loyalty to New Rome (like what octavian did)

I didn’t wanna give Hazel gems for her cutie mark because they were kinda a curse for her, so I went with something she enjoyed doing, art and kept the gold to show her heritage as a Pluto kid <3

Franks arrow was a play of the driftwood he has and the arrow was gonna be on fire but the fire didn’t look as nice so I scraped it (which is ironic that I made it driftwood because that’s a curse for frank and I just said I wouldn’t give gems to hazel for the same reason 💀✋oops )

Oh and I wasn’t gonna add clarisse but I thought of her as a griffin and it seemed like too much fun not to do

This was honestly a good exercise in character design and was more fun than I thought it was gonna be

I told myself I wasn't gonna draw them again until the 10 year anniversary but the news about the live action movie put them in my brain again. they're a good lineup of characters it's literally not my fault

Up until this point I’ve only ever done digital but I always wanted to try ink and I was finally able to get my grubby little hands on some in time >:3

You don’t even know how many times I was screaming " Talk to Harry!!!’ During season three (the whole series if I’m being honest)😭

He could have been so useful and the crew just didn’t put him in for some reason, like why? 😭

Especially during the symbiote invasion, like he showed up for a bit just to get infected then when everything is taken care of he just leaves??? Him and Peter don’t say hi or anything!

Idk what happened but the Harry and Peter I know would talk to each other daily, the writers don’t know them like I do 😤/j

I’m rewatching episode 2 of Marvel’s Spider-Man, and I got some highlights for you 🤲✨

•“It may be a new school, Bernie, but it’s the same old routine. You know I like to walk these last few blocks with my pal, Pete.”  🥹

•The way Harry looks at Peter during their whole cafe date

•Just the fact that these two met up every morning for breakfast BEFORE SCHOOL is just 😩👌💞✨

•Peter chanting Harry’s name when he was speaking on stage 

• “This is Peter Parker, the one I’ve been telling you about :D” Harry’s been at this school for how long? and he’s already telling the guy in charge all bout his buddy that he thinks the whole of 

•Peters “I guess it just feels weird going there (Horizon High) without Harry :(“ 

•Harry getting suspended from school but being over the moon about Peter getting in. Like my dude wasn’t even thinking about himself or what his dad was doing, he was just so happy for Peter. 

•Aunt May walking Peter to school and Harry saying “I’ll take it from here” before walking Peter to their cafe and getting him breakfast 💀✋ 

•Petter getting excited that Harry was the only person who knew he was a spider and not calling him bug/beetle boy 🥹🥹🥹

•Peter following Harry out of the cafe even tho that's not where he needs to go but he’s just so used to being around him it didn’t even register he was going the wrong way

Season three really deprived me of them so much, that I almost forgot how close they were 😭

I know! Literally all of those bits had me dying!

In particular, when Peter got excited about Harry knowing he was a spider, and Harry just looks at him like “what did you think he was?” like it’s obvious - the SMILE Peter gets when he looks away. Ah, it’s just everything.

And when Peter follows Harry, and then runs off in the other direction and Harry says “no Pete, for once you’re going the right way” because he was going with Harry. I know that’s not quite what he meant, but that’s what I’m believing anyway 🥰
