In another universe, I wasn’t afraid of change. I’m not afraid when that door cracks open. I would’ve stayed by your side, like the older twin sister I’m supposed to be, and held your hand.
In another universe, you wouldn’t look at me with disgust and betrayal beneath the iris of your eyes. You still hold that kindness. You still consider my your twin sister.

You first met Jaime Lannister during the Year of the False Spring, at the Great Tourney of Harrenhal—you had only been ten years of age, still starry-eyed and gentle-of-tongue. Chalices of golden ale, platters of fruit and cheese, and sizzling trays of freshly-roasted meats were splayed out over several long tables.
To your right was your eldest brother, Brandon, biting into a large turkey leg and gingerly offering you a piece when he caught you ogling him. To your left was your sister Lyanna, popping voluminous grapes into her mouth and chattering to your two other brothers, Benjen and Ned, across the table. As season two of Percy Jackson is approaching, I just wanna make a PSA to fans:
Avoid shipping the actors with each other, even if their characters are shipped, or at least just don’t ship them to the point of discomfort. Whether it’s Walker and Leah or any other set of actors, please refrain from making the actors uncomfortable.
1. They are not adults
2. They are not their characters, they are their own people with their own choices.
Let’s keep this fandom a safe and fun place for the fans and the actors both!

I know it’s not much in the face of everything but I have been finding hope & resilience in palestinian poetry these past few weeks and I created a google drive file of poetry collections by palestinian poets that I will keep updating as I keep on reading. I also recommend checking out @fiercynn’s palestinian poets series for more poets + poetry available online

Palestinians have generational trauma since the Nakba. And now it seems the trauma will continue for decades and decades to come.
The body keeps the score of what the world let happen to the Palestinians. You don't even need to see their faces to feel their nerves.
Humanity has failed a live genocide on our screens.
