Love can only be found in two places: in a second hand bookstore on a rainy Sunday afternoon in fall or in the middle of summer in a cute Starbucks barista 5 minutes before they close for the night.

Thoughts about queerness

I don't believe being queer is a lifestyle or a way of life, I believe it is a moral. Being queer isn't just being gay or trans or ace/aro. Being queer is being brave, having pride (pun intended), it's being loud, it's being unafraid to stand up to others no matter the situation. It's understanding that you don't have to live a certain way, you don't have to live the apple pie life. you don't have to want kids, you don't have to marry someone, and you don't have to have a simple boring job. It's rejecting society's standards and stereotypes. It's allowing you to express emotion, it's taking up space and showing the world who you are. It's being kind and passionate. It's knowing it's okay to be a virgin, it's okay to have a low body count, it's okay to be a little messed up, and it's okay to get help. It's knowing that everyone is different and not giving a fuck what people do or think (as long as they aren't hurting anyone or themselves) because it's their life. Being queer is being proud.

I'm passionate about my queerness because I want to live in a world where nobody has to be. I want people to be able to come home to their parents with their partners and it is not any different if they were straight. I want to live in a world where nobody has to come out because loving someone is normal, but we don't have that yet so I will continue to proudly state I'm pan and queer. I'm passionate about my queerness because I want people to see me and know they can be open to me, that I am safe and I care about their experience, and I want them to know that they are loved and normal and are allowed to make stupid gay jokes and shout about their queerness. I'm passionate about my queerness because if I'm not then I know we will be locked away and buried in history again. I'm passionate about my queerness because I want my fucking rights, I want to be respected, and I want to be allowed to live my life the way I want.

I don’t understand how someone can watch a season where one character’s main storyline (of that season) is accepting his homosexuality and love for his best friend, and in that same fucking season another character, the best friend he’s in love with too, has a main storyline of not being able to say he loves his girlfriend, and say that there will be nothing going on there. That is so suspicious, even if you don’t consider Mike’s queer coding, and even if you consider the monologue his genuine thoughts and “love redemption” of the season, the fact that that’s his storyline in the same season where we really see Will’s love for him is INSANE. Something is going on next season, that’s for sure.

“Is this real?” wlw story.

"I miss you" , She mumbled over the FaceTime call.  Rolling over I looked up repeating "I miss you too"

“Why can't you live closer" She said with a slight pout. Sighing lightly I looked her in the eye "I'll come see you soon okay?"

She smiled before rolling over and closing her eyes "Goodnight love"

"Goodnight beautiful" I said softly before continuing to watch TV.

"Today's finally the day love" I told her as I packed up to head to the airport.

"I know, I'm so excited to see you" She exclaimed happily. Laughing I smiled , "I'm leaving now, I'll text you when I make it"

Calming down she replied "Stay safe, see you soon" before ending the call.

"I'm at the airport. Going through security now" Feeling even more nervous the closer I got, I slid my phone back into my pocket as I made it through the airport.

(Time skip)

"I'm at the airport? Have you gotten your bags yet?" She said into the phone as she looked around hoping to spot you.

"I'm coming , I just got them" I said as I made my way to the exit. Walking through the massive wave of people I spotted her.

"I'm going to take a shower really quickly"  She said before getting out of the bed and heading into the bathroom. Watching her leave I laid back down and scrolled on my phone.

I looked up as I heard the door open quietly.

"Hi baby" She said softly as she stood before me in a set of underwear.

Sitting up slightly, I sat on the edge of the bed before mumbling "Hi." Watching her approach me slowly before standing directly in front of me. Feeling the urge to run my hands along her body I asked , "Can I touch you"
