i really want to tell mine, and i've gotten close before, but i was just never brave enough to do it. and i know that in reality she'd probably accept me. i know it's something we could work through together. i'm just scared that she wouldn't understand or that she wouldn't want to work with me anymore. and then i'd have to find a new therapist and i'd have to come up with a reason why to my parents and UGH. i just wish i could not be so afraid.

does anyone have any advice? >.<

i'm 23 now and birthdays are hard >.<

i don't want to get older. i don't want to be mature and act my age.

i want to be little and small and soft and safe. i want to be loved. i want to feel like i don't have to hide who i am. i want to be able to ask for toys for my birthday again and to have a cute themed party with lots of friends (which i don't have, but that's not the point).

i just want to be small for my birthday. is that too much to ask?

i've always wanted to have my own business, and i think it would be so cool to have one based around age regression! i could do downloadable stuff people could print, but also physical stuff like little journals and sticky notes and stickers and maybe planners and t-shirts and eventually onesies and bibs and paci clips!

and it would all be based around making age regression less scary! like, it would help people who aren't age regressors understand what it is and at the same time, help littles have less shame surrounding their regression! i just think that would be so cool!

i think i want to tell my online friends about my age regression. it's something i've been wanting to do for a while, but i've just been really scared to. but i was giving my friend relationship advice the other day and even though theirs was romantic, i think it still applies to friendship.

i told them that they shouldn't feel like they have to hide parts of themselves from their partner. their partner should love all parts of them without any conditions.

and i just feel like i want to tell them. i want to be able to share this part of me with them. i'm not expecting anything from them. like, i think it's a good thing to try and identify what you want out of telling someone something before you do it. and i think i just want their validation that they'll still be my friend. i don't expect them to babysit me or baby talk with me or anything like that. i just want to feel like i can be myself with them. and having this secret just makes me feel very distant from them and i hate that. i want to feel close to them again and i feel like this might be the way to do it. i'm just scared.

i met someone on a dating app and when i told them i age regress, they were so nice about it!! they said they know what it is and that if we do end up entering a relationship, they would be okay with being my caregiver as long as i communicate what i need because they've never been a caregiver before. but we had a really nice talk! we called for like an hour to get to know each other and they were so nice and sweet and they're really pretty and i'm so excited to get to know them more! and they only live like an hour away!!

i get so sad when i'm sleepy. i just wish i had someone to hold me and make it all better .

We are being overwhelmed by a bunch of movie choices to watch while we try and either sleep or continue doing random stuff on our phone. Help.

I mostly try and stay off of Tumblr too much when I'm age regressed cause I never know what I'll see cause not everything is tagged well and stuff.

However, I am on rn while regressed, lol. I wanna talk about memories [happier ones] to do with agere in my life as Zuki.

While I am very much in a partly regressed partly not most of the time in this life, I could fully regress most of the time in my life as Zuki.

When I was regressed, I liked to be called pup by a few people that I gave permission to. Dad and pa had permission as did Toshi and Zuku. Also Kari and Kats, lol.

Kats rarely called me pup though and it wasn't around others really, reputation or something like that, lol.

Being called pup always helped me with regressing as well, so it was pretty much just used when I was already regressed or wanting or needing to regress, lol.

Dad would be able to tell when I needed to regress even if I said I didn't want or need to, lol. He would usually call me pup when he noticed, and then I would regress almost instantly. Sometimes, I would say I wasn't little when I was regressed, lol.

Pa had a harder time seeing through my lies or whatever you wanna call them, lol. But was very great when I was regressed and he knew about it.

Zuku had an even easier time knowing this stuff than dad did cause he knew me longer and stuff. The first person to know about my regression and one of my favorites to go to.

Toshi, like pa, had a hard time knowing this stuff. But was amazing when he took care of me when I was little.

Kari knew almost as much as Zuku, lol. Kari also regressed sometimes [as did Zuku and Toshi and some others], so that helped. They were one of the ones I loved being around best while regressed, but all the ones mentioned are the best ones I loved being around, lol.

Kats knew a little less than Zuku but about the same as dad. He was also cool to be around while I was little, although you probably wouldn't guess that, lol.

This is all I'm gonna mention rn, so yeah.

aaa hihi!! good to hear from you, i definitely feel you on the 'bad at starting conversations' lol!

the first thing that comes to mind a memory of playing video games with Tomura and Shuichi. I wasn't very good at it, but it was good bonding and i loved playing with them. I would only play the 'silly' games like Mario Kart or Smash Bros, they got too into the 'serious' ones for me. I finished in last place every time lmao, so i mostly spent my time teasing whoever was in second place. Dabi would sit with us too sometimes, either lazily scrolling on his phone or bothering the three of us, trying to help whoever would give him the most attention lol. The others joined in sometimes too, Himiko and Jin and rarely Sho and Toshi if they were hanging out. Himiko would shriek excitedly and bump us while Jin cheered her on and cursed her out. It was good.

𓇼 first, try at taking a deep breath - like, a Reeeeal big one. inhale for 5 seconds - hold for 7 seconds - and exhale for 5 seconds. try to pay close attention to how it feels as the air fills your lungs and your torso stretches.

take as many deep breathes as you like.

(if youre thinking "taking deep breathes has never helped me before, this is stupid, i dont wanna do that" - thats okay, i get where youre coming from, but i really encourage you to try.)
