Since The Core seems to be made up of the minds of 8 newts (according to some theories based on the background art in Olivia & Yunan plus that crypt place in the basement), I thought it’d be cool to draw Marcy with them. Except here they’re earth-sized lol.

During True Colors Andrias decides to capture Anne after she passes out instead of kill her, he then captures Sasha and Marcy too. The Plantars and Grime are sent to the dungeons. As for Lady Olivia and General Yunnan they play out that same way the do in Turning Point. Andrias puts the girls in stasis tanks from there the Core decides to play its game. It traps them(their minds) in a simulation which is where DHMIS comes in. It still has full intent on possessing Marcy but why not also have a couple of super soldiers as well. The events of DHMIS play out almost the same except for some changes here and there.
Anne takes the role as red guy she starts becoming aware and escapes(wakes up) in ep 4 after which she desperately tries to wake up Sasha and Marcy.
Sasha takes the role as green duck and starts questioning things after noticing something is different in ep 5. She freaks successfully breaking free after a not so happy event involving a giant can with teeth. She unites with Anne and together they desperately try to wake Marcy.
That's when Olivia and Yunnan come into the picture there to rescue the girls. Because Marcy is in to deep Olivia states they must cut off the source of the simulation but it won't be easy. Together they rescue the Plantars and Grime and while everyone is fighting against Andrias Anne sneaks pass. She faces the Core and pulls the plug on it successfully defeating it.
Marcy takes the role as yellow guy she knows something's up but she just can't put her finger on it. Every time she thinks about it the mean talking objects put her down or worse. She especially notices when her friends mysteriously disappear, she can hear a call but cannot reach out. She is rescued by Anne and wakes up in the arms of the two people she loves the most who also love her.
The Core is the notepad, computer, butterfly, etc.
Andrias is Roy because yep.
The Core was formed by Amphibia's greatest minds. As Andrias so proudly stated his ancestors were glorious conquerors. Meaning they most likely wanted a type of let's say super computer to help them conquer world's, something that always thinks ahead and strategies. These great minds probably volunteered and the only thing they've ever known is we'll conquering. Then this being comes to life with it on it's mind and is secured in a basement surrounded by others who only know conqeroring and a newt who craves revenge for 1,000 years. However, Marcy has just joined the party a being who knows more then just world domination.
This theory sorta plays into the while trying to debunk the prophecy Andrias unknowingly fuels it. Plus the theory that Anne and Marcy got switched, perhaps Anne was suppose to be wit and Marcy heart considering the first temples line "keeper of the box." Meaning that while giving his robo lord a host Andrias also gave it a heart. Which could spell doom for Andrias plans.
Not sure how well this theory holds up especially considering that the Core is looking to be the big bad, but this show loves to throw curve balls. For all we know Core is a red herring and Mother of Olms is the bad guy(I still want Andrias taken down). We'll just have to wait and see hopefully not too long.
But it's just a theory, a Amphibia theory!

Since we got confirmation that the Core can talk to Andrias and even watch through his crown. Does this mean every calculated idea Andrias has ever had was because of the Core telling him what to do?
Because the minute the crown comes off he acts a bit irrationally and childish.
No wonder Darcy calls him pathetic, I don't think Andrias really knows what he's doing by himself.
Hey what if the entirety of Froggy Little Christmas takes place in Marcy's mindscape, as a way for the Core to show her Anne is better off without her.
That scene with Andrias foot stomping the car is just a simulation with his VR set.
Then the Rebecca Sugar song is Marcy losing herself.
Darcy: My job here is done.
Andrias: But you didn't do anything
Darcy: *Cape Swoosh!*
Yo, I loved that they changed the intro! And I'm ngl I love Darcy's design/outfit, especially the helmet and the cape!
The Core kinda extra to be like "you know what would really compliment this outfit? A CAPE!"
And thier pose here at the end very cool! Especially since bitch boy got pushed to the side and is smaller, like lol loser got demoted to minor threat. I'm actually very excited to see this evil arc and how it plays out! Don't get me wrong though I still hate that Marcy's suffering.
The Core: Here's another good tip of how to be a creative wiz kid! Go and collect some leaves and sticks and arrange them into your favorite color!
