Your version of top ten kpop song this year ?
It's such a hard question to answer, but here's my version!! (not necessarily in order, but these are my favorites, and yes, I doubled most cause there's so many good ones)
Queencard by (G)-Idle (this is actually my number one of all year, a repeat, a favorite, the best)
I AM/Baddie by IVE (I don't remember if I AM came out this year but ughhh soo good, and Baddie is in so many of my playlists right now)
OMG/Ditto by New Jeans (both were on repeat this year)
Bet On Me/Cake/Kill Shot by Itzy (both are so good, i wanna go on a run while listening to Bet On Me, its so motivating. The whole album was phenomenal)
ETA/Super Shy by New Jeans (again, both so good)
Unforgiven/ Perfect Night by Le Sserafim (I actually prefer the Japanese version of unforgiven cause of ADO and how good it sounds in japanese)
I Love My Body by Hwasa (such a girly bop about self love, heck yes)
Drama/Spicy by Aespa (Drama has me in a chokehold right now, and Spicy makes me feel like a bad b)
Bite Me by Enhyphen/LA LA LA or S-Class by Stray Kids (I am such a Stray kids stan now, this year was chefs kiss for their music, and Enhypens Bite Me was like, etheral)
Set Me Free/Moonlight Sunrise by Twice (I am such a Twice stan too, they are so close to being no skip discography for me)
Honorable mentions -
Rover by Kai
Young, Dumb, Stupid/Love Me Like This by NMIXX (I learned part of the dance for these two, so addictive)
Set me Free pt 2 by Jimin (finally freeeEEEeee)
Antifragile/Fearless 2023 version by Le Sserafim (antitititititititi fragileeeee)
Memories by Riize (so good sooo goood)
Off The Record by IVE (ughhh I fell in love after the first listen
don't know if these are kpop technically but Social Path by Stray Kids and Do Not Touch by Misamo were absolutely amazing and I played them on repeat together for so long)
Agassy by Soojin (*Mariah Carey voice "She's baaaaacccckkkk")
3D/Seven by Jungkook (he killed his solo songs)
Haegum by Agust D (too good to describe)
Hold On Tight by Aespa (catchyyyyy)
okay, I'm done but yes I love kpop and I am a multistan and I love this music genre so much

So far I'm on the right track! I'm not sure if listing out actual goals is going to be the most beneficial as I don't want to shame myself into feeling guilty for not completing them, but maybe I'll have one goal per area and then update on everything I've completed within that area? I feel like that'd be a good idea!
I love receiving DMs from other blogs telling me how motivational and inspiring I am! it makes me happy every day. I am so happy when I read those messages. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I love the community I've found here on tumblr. You guys are amazing.

budget the money I'm getting later this week

help a girlie out!!!
what are your guys thoughts on learning multiple languages at one time? I am nearing A2 level in Spanish, and want to add back on Japanese and eventually Korean, Italian, Madarin, etc. Right now however, I want to add on Japanese, Iβm at least thinking about it. What are your thoughts on two languages at a time?
** I did self study Japanese for around two/three years before switching to only focusing on Spanish. So Iβd be relearning the basics and moving on from there. I own the Genki I and Genki II textbooks and workbooks currently.
I love this!!! It's such a cute guide to wonyoungism, and it's super helpful for people starting out with this kind of aesthetic lifestyle !!
π©·π©·π©·π©·
wonyoungism is inspired by jang wonyoung and mixes a coquette, cute, pink pilates princess style with self improvement to help us become the best and healthiest versions of ourselves!
ways to express wonyoungism
have a morning routine
a morning routine helps set the tone for the rest of your day. while you can include whatever you want, typical wonyoungism morning routines include waking up early, stretching, skincare, drinking tea or lemon water, and doing your makeup and hair. do what works for you and makes you feel the best!
take care of your skin
research your skin type and find what products and routines will work best for you. no need for fancy or expensive products! in my experience, minimalism works best for my skin. a good cleanser and moisturizer are key, but you can also include things like toner, exfoliating scrubs, night cream, eye cream, and serums if you need or want them. wonyoung is an ambassador for innisfree skincare products, like these:
have a nutritious, balanced diet
having a nutritious diet keeps you healthy and energized, helps your skin and hair, makes you feel good, and has so many other benefits! focus on getting your daily servings of fruit and veggies and getting your protein and other nutrients and vitamins in, but donβt restrict yourself to the point of bad mental health. hereβs a good chart to start with!
find a daily exercise regimen
most workouts youβll find with wonyoungism are pilates, walking, and yoga (which i highly recommend!) but find a workout plan that YOU like! there are so many different types of workouts out there, and you shouldnβt force yourself to do something you hate. try out different things and figure out what works best for you. if you do want to practice pilates and yoga, here are some good channels on youtube:
move with nicole
dansique fitness
yoga with kassandra
eleni fit
sanne vloet
bailey brown
implement productive habits into your day
instead of mindlessly scrolling in your free time, try to implement productive and healthy activities. these things can include:
working out or stretching
drawing or painting
researching something that interests you
learn a new skill or a new language
read
write short stories
make a new playlist
go outside/go for a walk/spend time in nature
journal
make a vision board
be kind to yourself
sounds self explanatory, but it can be so much harder than it sounds for some of us. it may take some time, but realize that you are only human and you are doing the best you can. itβs okay to not feel as healthy or happy as you think you should, but you are absolutely valid and it is okay to be gentle with yourself. you are the only you there will ever be, embrace being you!
have an evening routine
evening/night routines are important because it closes out your day and gets you ready for a good nights sleep. itβs so helpful to have an evening routine that helps you wind down and get relaxed mentally and physically. this can include whatever makes you feel calm and happy, but it can also include things like stretching, lighting a candle, skincare, reading, meditation, and drinking a warm drink like tea!

I made a side blog that focuses more on my health and fitness. I feel like trying to cram everything into one blog was not working for me so having my lifestyle/hobbies/student life separate from my health and fitness stuff will be beneficial!

Classes Fall 2024 π
I'm super excited about my class schedule this semester. As many of you know, I'm double majoring now in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and Finance! (Also double minoring in Psychology and Exercise Science). I love my classes this semester, and I'm so excited to start my 4th year of university!
π Classes for Fall 2024 π
Integrated Survey of Organic and Biochemistry + Lab - 4 credits
Learning (Psyc) - 3 credits
Intro to Business (Online) - 3 credits
Principles of Accounting II - 3 credits
Financial Literacy (online, mini semester) - 2 credits
My weekly schedule actually looks so beautiful this semester, I'm seriously so so so excited. I was able to structure the schedule so I can work 40 hours a week (haha, expenses, yay!) and still have a complete day of no class/no work and I have the day off of work for my lab too.
I also have the TEAS exam coming up, which will be my entrance exam into the Dietetic program when I pass (manifesting it, wooo!). I'm going to start studying for it by the end of August and I believe the exam is in October? At least the first attempt is. So I'm definitely excited!
Lots to do, lots do prepare for!

I want to challenge myself and do like a week or a month long challenge, but I fear sometimes life may be too unpredictable, which always throws me off. I want to set a routine, i want to accomplish things, and I've been feeling so much guilt for my lack of routines, my lack of productivity, and my lack of effort in the cultivation of my own life. Does anyone have any advice or something motivating for moments like these, where you want to achieve and work towards something yet you wonder if it's at all achievable? I'm in desperate need of some motivation, tips, advice on how to go about things. I feel so thrown off recently. I want to feel like myself again.
