Hey it’s me, Rufus! You may know me as rufuslol as that is my alias on some platforms, or as Niko oneshot on some other ones, as I have used that alias many times bc oneshot is a very good game :3
I use any/all pronouns, and I have autism and adhd, and I am just here to be fun and entertain! :3
I have many interests, including but not limited to dwarf fortress, deltarune, Halley labs, fallout, the works of people like Tony zaret and Dan hentschel, disco elysium, etc.
I am also learning coding, writing and pixel art, and I want to be an indie game developer when I’m older (expect the games I’m going to make to not even be released in early access for 5-20~ years, making story heavy games takes a long time and I’m still in college)
I may post sprites and concepts for the game I’m working on on here, but it’ll mostly be me ranting about shit I like/hate and/or shitposting

Cracticus, my True Kin Praetorian had a new and very brief archnemesis - who I've nicknamed Refracticus. The chaos of friendly clones is enough (thankyou, four unique Temporal Fugue-granting items in a row), when they're out to get you it gets really spicy:
my favourite excerpts from this log are: "Refracted Cracticus attempts to conk you on the head" "You fall asleep" (amid Evil Twins, explosions and energy beams) and of course the final grenade smacking into me for zero damage in what I can only imagine as a certified Looney Tunes moment before the 89 explosion damage smears my cybernetics and other, less awesome innards on the walls. I am so into this game. I'm being all annoying irl to people about it. if you haven't yet and you read this far, PLAY IT! this shit is cash! Sun and Moon! Positively Quetzal!
well that didnt last. Tried to make camp at the stilt and instead whacked the priest sharing its square. reloaded and now Sheba is stuck as a Jell. just something about multiple objects/creatures in the same space that i just cant get my head around in this game. I hit ctrl+direction instead of ctrl+space THEN the direction. fuck me i guess!

(chronologically ordered from bottom to top) Finally found a worthy use for the Hand-E-Nuke I rolled from my starting quest - +1000 reputation with the Mechanimists in a single artifact offering. Live and drink, Eschelstadt II, your Forcefield + Disintegrate combo is a sight to behold. However, like all companions in this game thusfar, he's almost more trouble than he's worth. I'll take waiting for his fields to drop over the execution-style friendly fire you get from anyone you give a gun. I love how he belts out his sermon wherever we are, and am sure it will not grow tiresome.
