Y'know that little bit of control you have over yourself while under mind control ? ( I saw a control type tumblr post I just read into ) I wonder if charlie used it to keep cody out of this . Like he was ordered to get the entire town , wouldn't that include cody ? It obviously would've been very easy since cody hadn't suspected something really bad was happening yet , though hes been suspicious lately . Which is why charlie immediately walked away . You could say " oh but why would he need cody he's just a kid " didnt the phones spread to the *entire* town. That would include the kids , not to mention frankie being the main one searching for cody and it's not because frankie's really smart . Charlie does think very highly of his son . I just thought it was sad , he tried his best to keep cody out of this , especially not chasing him down when he could mess up the " project " and even telling kade to stand down. It just really shows how much Charlie cares for his son ( safety and well being etc )

Is romance ever a motivator for cyberforming? I saw some characters listed who are often shipped with bots Noah×Mirage Tracks×Raoul Charlie×Bumblebee ect are any of them cannon to your au and if so dose it change anything about the process or cyberforming or integration?

My answer is yes, yes and yes again! Romantic interest can be one of the motivators for cyberformation. However, unfortunately, an Autobot cannot demonstrate this directly, even if a person reciprocates his interest. Other Cybertronians may consider his actions compromised, too personal and that he is not acting in the interests of protecting his precious ally and friend. Personal reasons should not stand above other reasons for this process, so most use the reason for the safety or usefulness of this or that person (Although there are nuances, each case is considered separately. No one is saying that this system has not been bypassed). You see, infatuation with both us humans and Cybertronians can be fleeting, and the process of cyberformation is not reversible, so in essence, the Cybertronian must be 100% that the feeling is reciprocated. I would say that this romantic interest can already emerge from a close friendship and connection between a human and a Cybertronian.

How big can cyberformed humans get? There has to be a point where they can grow to be as big as a normal Cybertronian. If they stayed the same size they were, it would be harder for them to assimilate despite being the size of a minion or cassette.

In fact, Cyberformed humans never remain human-sized. They are full-fledged Cybertronians. In "Part 2", the last point "Pre-bot", I already wrote that the bodies of former humans are formed with their individual characteristics. Well… Cody was definitely not the first since the Autobot-human alliance began, but he was definitely one of the first on Griffin Rock. In fact, Chief Burns was the first, as strange as that may be.

The thing is, the Rescue Bots weren't too worried about humans at first, maybe because they had a long period of adaptation to the new conditions, learning the culture of the humans and returning to rescue work.
