On the issue of feminism and modern men's loss of grounding.

I read somewhere that feminism for women has raised the bar for the kind of man they will settle for. And us men have to catch up on this bar by being more excellent.

First off, it isn't women's fault if men have been kinda lost since the advent of feminism.

Second, I don't think women really have raised that quality bar for them selves overall. They still get together with jerks, gangsters and abusive uninspired men in general, just because they still have their fundamental instinctual needs for romance and excitement not met buy the modern gentle overthinking metrosexual men (... well not JUST because of that of course, but you get the point).

And third... there is a bar that has been raised due to women's emancipation over the last century and I think that is only good for everyone.

Why should anybody in their right mind not want to be more excellent!? So thank you women.

Among other things feminism has allowed more sexual choice for everyone even if it confused all the generations of men after its arrival (not that women have it all figured out of course).

Female emancipation has been the catalyst of male emancipation too I believe, and the fact that is pushing us to more excellence is not a problem AT ALL but a resource and an incentive.

How To Be More Productive?

How to be more productive?

1. Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve and break it down into smaller, achievable tasks. This helps you stay focused and motivated.

2. Prioritize Tasks: Identify the most important tasks and tackle them first. Use techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix (categorizing tasks based on urgency and importance) to prioritize effectively.

3. Manage Time Wisely: Plan your day and allocate specific time slots for different tasks. Avoid multitasking as it can lead to decreased productivity. Use techniques like Pomodoro Technique (working in blocks of time with short breaks) to stay focused.

4. Minimize Distractions: Identify and eliminate any distractions that hinder your productivity, such as notifications, social media, or cluttered workspaces. Consider using productivity tools or apps to help you stay focused.

5. Take Regular Breaks: Breaks are essential for maintaining focus and preventing burnout. Incorporate short breaks throughout your workday to recharge and rejuvenate.

6. Delegate and Outsource: Learn to delegate tasks that can be handled by others. This frees up your time to focus on more important or high-value tasks.

7. Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle: Ensure you get enough sleep, exercise, and eat nutrient-rich meals. Taking care of your physical and mental well-being enhances your productivity.

8. Learn to Say No: Avoid overcommitting yourself. Learn to say no to tasks or projects that don't align with your goals or priorities.

9. Continuously Improve: Seek ways to enhance your skills and knowledge. Constant learning and growth help you become more efficient and competent in your work.

This Is The Last Picture I Took With The Brooklyn Pikachu-Açaí Stars, The Amazing Group Of Youth I

This is the last picture I took with the Brooklyn Pikachu-Açaí Stars, the amazing group of youth I worked with in #Brasil! I still remember that moment when we had to take the picture and some of us couldn't stop crying and laughing at the same time. Missing the beautiful, amazing and dedicated Brooklyn Pikachu-Açaí Stars. You will ALL be forever in my heart. This experience was AMAZING and I recommend it to anyone interested in #coaching #English in #Brazil, trying something new, or stepping out of their #comforZone. I am so #thankful for this experience and now I'm #fundraising $500 for future fellows so they can embark on this experience next year. If you want to learn about my experience and/or make a small #donation please visit my fundraising website www.coloradogives.org/Di_Araujo. #USBC #CoachingEnglish #YouthWork #Educators #InternationalWork #LifeChangingExperience
