Rainbow magic x professor layton au but let's switch it up!
If you saw my other professor layton x rainbow magic au you would know that Katrielle is friends with Kirsty and Rachel.I wanted to switch things up a bit by turning things around such as Katrielle being one of the fairies.
I would call her fairy group.Layton's detective agency fairies.
The fairies are:
-Katrielle the mystery fairy
-Ernest the detective's assistant fairy
-Sherl the talking investigating dog fairy (dogs can be fairy's too)
-Ercule the inspector fairy
-Emiliana the crime analyst fairy
Magical objects:
-Father's magnifying glass (Katrielle)
-Tea China set (Ernest)
-Dog collar (Sherl)
-Very important watch as a gift from a special someone (Ercule)
-Crime files (Emiliana)
Plot:
I haven't make out why Jack Frost decided to steal their magical objects yet.
Kirsty and Rachel finish the book Sherlock Holmes and does a book report on it together.After they finish,they go downstairs to see the news is on and a few murders are being talked about (Dun-dun-dunnn).It turns out that police,detectives and crime analyst's are not doing anything.
Katrielle arrives and tells them that their magical objects are gone.And without it,their will be crime everywhere!
Fairyland:
-Katrielle normally teams up with Anne the detective fairy on any mysteries.
-Ercule is very sensitive about losing things (including his magical object his wife gave him)
-Emiliana rathers being distant in fairyland
-Ernest is often requested to bring tea to King Obreon and Queen Titania as he's an expert of making tea.
-Obreon and Titania invites him to special events such as the royal baby's name announced and gets to sit on a throne with them (P.S:He's their favourite)
-Sherl is adored by the pet fairies
Layton's mystery journey case 12 but if Ernest really had it.
Amber the orange fairy (professor layton x rainbow magic au edition)
Katrielle kicked her feet in the water making little splashes.The water was cold,but she tried to make it warm.
"My daughter isn't really good at making friends.",Her father,Mr.Layton said. "Me and her school has been trying to get her to hang out with someone,but it's not use."
"Maybe you should let my daughter,Kirsty try and hang out with yours.",said Ms.Tate. "She already made a friend on her first day,so maybe it will work on her."
"Hm,maybe one more try won't hurt.",said Mr.Layton.
Mr.Layton walked to Katrielle and sat down beside her.
"Katrielle,",He began. "Why don't you play the those girls?" He pointed to Rachel and Kirsty.
"I'm not sure...",said Katrielle kicking her feet.
"But they look like they're having fun.",said Mr.Layton. "They're exactly your age."
Katrielle knew that her dad just wanted to make friends in life.And she didn't want him to feel worried about her anymore.
"I guess I should try.",said Katrielle as she got up and walked to the girls.
"She listened.",Mr.Layton thought.
"Did you get her to hang out?",Katrielle's sister,Flora asked.
"Yes.",Mr.Layton said. "Yes I did."

Last night,while I was reading Juliet the valentines fairy,I thought of a professor layton and Rainbow magic au where They're all in the same universe.
Katrielle Is a main character along with Kirsty and Rachel making Hershel as a side character.
Katrielle appears in Amber the orange fairy because Hershel asked her to hang out with them and see what they're doing.Rachel and Kirsty explains to Katrielle they're finding the rainbow fairies which she doesn't believe until they find Amber.
I haven't completely thought about it,but Ernest will be introduced in Hope the welcome fairy.

Ive never played any of the Layton series, but I really wanted someone to learn poses with, so i came up with this right from the top of my head. Hopefully i can get my hands on one of their games.

Mild Curious Village spoilers under the cut
I'd like to add that someone harming Luke or Flora would push him over the edge. I'm sure he would for Katrielle or Alfendi when they were younger, or Emmy if she was in that situation, but really I've only seen them when they are old enough to defend themselves, so I can't say. And it wouldn't be in a controlled way, which I think he would do in defense of himself or others, especially innocents. It would be in a you-have-hurt-the-child-in-my-care way. Flora is alone in terms of human relatives, and Luke is usually FAR from home, so I wouldn't be surprised if he had a papa bear instinct specifically for his charges.

It is finished and very well written, but heed the tags and take care of yourself as always.
Sometimes I like to think about what it would take to make Professor Layton ever hit someone. Like how far does he need to be pushed? Or would he never at all?
