rb i think the biggest realization i had of 2024 was how different life was for neurotypical people even tho i knew i has adhd from a young age whenever i got distracted or it took me a lot of time to concentrate i p much blamed it on myself not even in a negative way just like “oh ig this is happening again” now i fully understand that other people don't have it that way at least that's how it went for me anyways i still can't believe people live w/o having to struggle w/ getting the motivation to do basic tasks
