Maybe it was instant. Maybe the moment they saw you they felt their cheeks grow hot and heart tighten and butterflies in their stomach.
Or maybe it was gradual. You were always one of their favourite characters, but one day they couldn’t get you out of their mind. They caught themselves smiling while engaging with your media and thought “….oh. I’m in love.”
Sometimes they’ll come across fan art that is so so perfect that they swoon, and listening to your voice lines and watching scenes you’re in makes them so happy. They’re so in love with you.
They imagine you comforting them when they’re sad (and doing the same for you!), and snuggling at night, and going on dates, and taking care of you, and making you as happy as you make them.
They make edits and moodboards and fanfics and fan art for you. You’re their phone wallpaper and icon and they have merch of you. They just wanna see your cute face and know you’re close to them no matter what.
You hold such a special place in their heart and they just want to reach through the screen and kiss you. They do!!!
