I cried again, like, ugly crying.
victory and death + ahsoka by @ekjohnston
A helmet, the symbol of the dedication and honor of the clones, cracked, with paint marks, paint marks based on those of the face of a young woman who had all their loyalty and trust, Ahsoka Tano, that helmet, reflects what once was one of the kindest persons in the galaxy, their general, their friend, Anakin Skywalker.
The series started with the clones, not machines, more than soldiers, humans. A girl who had a lot to learn, stubborn, arrogant, kind and brave, an apprentice. And a young man called hero, a knight predestined to greatness.
The series ended, with the clones being controlled against their will, acting like machines, forced to kill those who once were their superiors, allies and friends. The girl has grown, becoming a powerful young woman willing to always do the right thing, the right way. And the kind man who once fought by their side for the greater good, leaving them, and all his past behind.
What we are seeing, its the Clone Wars, at its end.
“Good luck.” / “Goodbye, old friend.”
You capture Maul. I’ll take care of Grievous. With any luck, this will all be over soon. Master Kenobi always said there’s no such thing as luck. Good thing I taught you otherwise.
Anakin… Good luck.
Dave Filoni could’ve stabbed me to death and it would’ve hurt less I’m suing for emotional damages and you can’t stop me
*Geonosian potheads don't attack*
Anakin: How did you know they wouldn't attack us?
Obi-Wan: Because I make observations while you think with your lightsaber.
Geonosian hive mind: *synchronized dab*
Geonosian queen: Oof
Cody: *chuckles*
Fives on another planet: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Rex calling Ahsoka kid is everything.
Fives: Sir..? *giggling*
Anakin: Yes Fives?
Fives: Are those scopes... Jedi issue?
Rex: *chuckles*
Droids: *synchronized facepalm*
Anakin: Oh my god Fives.
Rex: We need to kill them
Ahsoka: I won't kill them
Jesse: *points pistols* I will kill you
Rex: We need to kill them now
*501st ready to die to kill them*
Ahsoka: I said I won-
vader didn’t have to fly to a small, remote moon to look for the remains of one, insignificant jedi in the old wreck of a republic cruiser, but anakin—oh, but anakin needed to.
