You will be assigned a NightWing name. Spin this wheel for your prefix (first part of your name) and spin this wheel for your suffix (second part of your name).

why is religious Christmas imagery all so joyful and pleasant? where is the inherent horror of the birth of Christ? A mother is handed her newborn child, wailing and innocent. Her hands come away sticky. Red. Simply by giving her son life she has already killed him. He is doomed from the beginning. Her love will not save him from suffering. Because the thing cradled in her arms is not a baby, it is a sacrifice: born amongst the other bleating animals whose blood will one day be spilled in the name of what demands it. the night is silent with anticipation. Mary, did you know? That your womb was also a grave?

holy FUCK DAMN... woe!! woe woe the previous' tags were also a lot are you okay? though is life really about the death of about the beauty and love that he shared along before the end the beginning and the end are always certain make what you will with the time you are given hmmm i keep trying to compile my thoughts without sounding preachy or negating the initial point and all i can come up with is that in this Sense. in the beginning and the end. horror and love are both present. The inherent horror of childbirth but more so the point of the original post paired with the fact that he was so loved by his parents portrated as a miracle. the son of god. even though destined to live a difficult life still was full of love love for many love for god against persecution. And then the horror of the crucifixion done because he loved us? done because he had to? done in his faith in god? i do love the perspective that there is not only horror in the end (which is often depicted) but also in the beginning birth and death in blood in places where many would see unfit or even unfair for the son of god but thats where god intended them to be ah now that ive gotten this deep im starting to understand the sorrow of it all that he was truly a sacrifice for man unworthy and arrogant hmmm.... kinda messed up.... that he died for all this shit. like for sure i appreciate it but man... for this? for all the people using gods name in vain. as a scapegoat. for the awful awful shit they do not even seeing the hypocrisy in it all so fucked total ramblings idk if any of that is anything but whatever whos gonna see only god ha! my ass did not read the word Christmas lets go
