Parkinson's law states that the amount of time you give a task to take is equivalent to the amount of time that task will take. If something must be done in a year, it’ll be done in a year. If it must be done in six months, then it will. Cyril Parkinson, a British historian, first observed the trend during his time with the British Civil Service. He noted that as bureaucracies expanded, they became more inefficient.
January 9 2018: 2/100 My mom surprised me with a note and a gift card when I got home because I got straight A’s last semester. I’ve always been unable to really focus on school because of my dysphoria and anxiety and this year my mental health had improved so much since I started transitioning :) Although I’m proud of my achievement, remember that your grades don’t define your intelligence or work ethic. Strive to do your best and always take care of yourself ❤❤❤

Study tips for growing
Try pomodoro method if you have concentration problem or cannot study for longer hours. This will break your work into small doable portions.
Highlighter is an important part if you are reading research papers, I personally prefer pink highlighter in my PDFs.
Creating a to-do list but put only 3 things to do everyday. I use in built to- do app in my laptop, there's some great apps out for mobile phones.
If you want your notes to look to aesthetic then make it as original as possible, don't run for aesthetics, run for content.
