Great working with you.@writingsbypb

Iss confusion k raaste main kuch naya sikhne ko mil gaya❤

I'd love to say ki our generation is more accepting than the previous generation. But bohot log aise v hain ki jinko jio aur jine do ka matlab samajh main nhi ata.

Everyone Deserves Respect,

Love,

And

Acceptance By The Society.

Whether Molested Girl Or LGBTQ People

Whether Rich Or Poor

Whether Educated Or Uneducated

Whether Employed Or Unemployed.

1947, 15th of August at the stroke of midnight

India got its independence,

Rights to equality and freedom for all humans.

“All humans?”

“Nope.”

“For that, you have got to pass the criteria

We have for men and women.”

Our Society Has Never Accepted LGBTQ Community. Even after the decriminalization of Section 377. A very popular personality when came out and said that he is bisexual, his mother and brother left him. His mother doesn't consider him her child anymore. If the family does not come forward and accept their child's sexuality then how can we aspire to change the society. Just because of this fear, no-one says it openly to their family nor they talk about it. It is one's personal choice. No one has the right to put question marks on them. There are certain groups of transgender people who are identified as Hijras, Kothis, Shiv Shaktis etc. In the past they were treated with great respect but with time, their respect is disappearing.

A man in love with another man

A woman who likes other women

What the- This is not how you're supposed to dress!!

This is unnatural, abomination, a disease.

Have you ever tried seeking a doctor, or a babaji perhaps?

Dear people of society,

How do you know who I'm supposed to be?

Who the hell are you to decide who should I love?

I don't dress like men or women. I dress like me.

I'm not abomination, unnatural or a disease

And no, I'm not going through a phase.

This is not a western culture either.

This is my identity, my individuality.

That you refuse to accept,

Yet you claim to celebrate, “Unity in diversity”

They are human beings too, whose feelings get hurt every time someone teases them. There are approximately 480,000 transgender people in India, and they are referred as “Third Gender” now. The rights for males, females and Third Gender is equal. Their right to have equal education, health facilities and employment is constantly violated. They should be given equal opportunities as others. They should be treated equally.

How do I educate you?

You, who have divided the people

In “male”, “female” and “others”.

Where “others” stands for us

Coz we don't fit your norms.

How do I educate you?

You, who have built

A closet around me

And when I come out

I lose my name

Instead I become

Chakka, hijra, meetha and what not.

How do I tell you, people?

That I'm human too.

You, who in the month

of June, uses #PRIDE

But for the rest of the year

Uses my sexuality as a gali

How do I make you understand?

That I'm also a child of God

You, who's still killing people

Who dare to marry for love.

Did you know?

That the warrior Shrikhandi in Mahabharata was a transgender. He was born as a girl.

Bhagiratha who's believed to bring Ganga to earth was procreated by two queens with the blessing of Lord Shiva.

That Agni, the fire god, is also married to Soma, the moon god.

No?

What about when Krishna says in Gita,

“In every man, woman, kinnar(transgender) and any other species of animal or plant, lives a part of me.”
