you’re right i hate capitalism god i hate it here not to mention all the labour that will suddenly not exist but at least the private prison industry will be booming cuz yknow thats the sign of a healthy prosperous free society but that just means the issues at play are infinitely more complex than they seem and most people won’t spend energy trying to understand those factors unless you were to sit down and spoon feed it to them mostly because most people are more preoccupied with just trying to survive atm and that’s not their fault either.
