"What?" Dew looks up from the weapons bench, in the middle of cleaning his rifle. "You don't agree?"
Aether stares at him from across the vehicle bay, omni-tool still popped and running diagnostics on the Mako.
"You seriously think you could take a Krogan? Do you have a death wish?"
"No more than anyone else that joins the military," Dew replies with a shrug, polishing his scope. "Besides, I'm more flexible than I look."
Aether makes a rather undignified sound, and something about it gives Dew pause. He sets the scope down and turns to face his squadmate fully, finding him bug-eyed and gaping.
"Wait, did you mean in a fight?"
